Formed in the low, curving cross-section of an artisan boule slice, the dense, light-absorbing black claybody serves as a stark void against which an open constellation of thin tin-glaze bubbles emerges. The milky, sheer glaze pools with haloed softness, registering the ephemeral rise of air pockets as luminous celestial discs caught in dark stone.
